  • Every Casa Gardenia piece is handcrafted in small batches by talented artisan families throughout México.
  • Because many of our collections are limited edition and handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Your purchase directly supports artisan families and helps preserve generations of traditional craftsmanship.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The product
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping label

We will gladly review your request and work toward an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed status, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
