Featuring elegant butterfly motifs inspired by nature, each design is meticulously hand-etched into the clay, creating a timeless piece that blends traditional techniques with contemporary décor.
This exceptional vase comes from a family workshop established in 1915, where four generations have preserved the art of burnished pottery. The clay is fired in traditional wood-burning kilns, then carefully engraved and decorated using natural mineral pigments sourced locally. After the intricate designs are completed, the vase is fired once more, producing its distinctive polished, satin-like finish that is characteristic of authentic burnished clay.
Ideal as a statement décor piece or for displaying dried, faux, or fresh floral arrangements.
