Casa Gardenia sells handmade home decor and artisanal products (including but not limited to ceramics, glass, pewter, and wood pieces) crafted by artisans in Mexico.

2. Products
All products are handmade or hand-finished. As such, slight variations in color, size, glaze, and texture between items are normal and are part of the artisanal character of each piece — not defects.
Product photos are as accurate as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen display differences.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (shipping address, payment details, etc.) is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in [CURRENCY, e.g., USD] and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock — if this happens, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed.
Casa Gardenia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you (see Section 5).
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
