Returns and Exchanges

  • Each Casa Gardenia piece is handcrafted in small batches by artisan families in Mexico.
  • Because our collections are limited-edition and handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Your purchase directly supports artisan families and helps preserve generations of tradition.

Natural Variations

No two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Shape
  • Dimensions
  • Glaze
  • Finish

are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The product
  • The original packaging
  • The shipping label

We will gladly review your request to offer an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, additional charges may apply to reship the package.
